Our speakers continued exploring the evolving landscape of post-grant proceedings and strategic considerations for both petitioners and patent owners. In this session, the presenters covered:

  • Strategies for both petitioners and patent owners for navigating discretionary denial factors, including settled expectations
  • Impact of the latest Director Review decisions
  • Changes in PTAB oral hearing procedures, new requirements for petitions, and other recent procedural updates and proposals
