PTAB LEAP: AIA Mock Oral Argument Practicum

Associates Matthew Metzger and Joseph Venier will participate in the USPTO’s upcoming “PTAB LEAP: AIA Mock Oral Argument Practicum” on Friday, May 10, 2024.

The practicum, part of the Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP), will offer practitioners an opportunity to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an AIA mock argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges. Participants will receive substantive feedback from the panel and engage in a question-and-answer session with the judges.
