Director Eldora Ellison was a panelist during the “General Session 4 – Estoppel” session, which discussed ways in which PTAB-related estoppel can arise and recent decisions and practice pointers for prosecutors and litigators.
Associate Richa Patel was a panelist during the “APJ Day: PTAB Feud” session, which had a game show format to test participants’ knowledge about various aspects of the PTAB practice.
The Conference included dynamic discussions and networking opportunities with practitioners, in-house counsel, and PTAB judges.
