Jorge participated in the workshop “Fit‑for‑Purpose Pooling: Targeted Patent and Data Pools for Life Sciences,” where panelists discussed how patent and data pools can advance life sciences, where technologies are interdependent, and transaction costs are high, but they are not universal solutions.
