LESI 2026 Annual Conference

Sterne Kessler’s Jorge A. Goldstein, Ph.D. will be a speaker at the LESI 2026 Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland.

Jorge will participate in the workshop “Fit‑for‑Purpose Pooling: Targeted Patent and Data Pools for Life Sciences,” where panelists will discuss how patent and data pools can advance life sciences, where technologies are interdependent, and transaction costs are high, but they are not universal solutions.

This session distills when pooling works, why several life sciences pool efforts stalled, and how to structure compliant, effective models.
