Sterne Kessler’s Jorge A. Goldstein, Ph.D. gave a guest lecture at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences on November 6, 2025. He addressed students in Professor David Ricketts’ popular Innovation in Science and Engineering course.

Drawing from his book Patenting Life: Tales from the Front Lines of Intellectual Property and the New Biology, Jorge’s talk explored the role of intellectual property in the commercialization of biotechnology.
