Sterne Kessler Directors Jason Fitzsimmons and Richard Bemben spoke at the IAM Live: Korea IP Forum 2026, hosted by IAM in Seoul, South Korea. Jason participated in the panel “Leading the IP Team of Tomorrow,” where he explored how organizations can build future-proof IP teams in the era of AI, align IP strategy with core business objectives, and effectively communicate the value of IP to the C-suite and other key stakeholders. Richard participated in the Lightning Talks series, giving a quick-fire presentation on “Unpicking Global Litigation Strategies at the UPC.”
