The Federalist Society’s National Lawyers Convention

Rob Sterne, founding Director of Sterne Kessler, spoke on the PTAB panel at The Federalist Society’s National Lawyers Convention on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 1:45-3:15pm. The panel covered topics including the Oil States case and whether the PTAB is constitutional or not, whether the PTAB is engaging in regulatory overreach, and should it be reformed and if so how, among others.
