Design Patents 101 & Patent Litigation

Director Ivy Clarice Estoesta spoke on the Design Patents 101 & Patent Litigation panel at the 2022 HNBA/VIA Intellectual Property Law Institute™ (IPLI™) on Thursday, June 9, 2022. This event was hosted by the Hispanic National Bar Association.

The IPLI is an intellectual property and tech law immersion program, now in its tenth year. The program’s main goal remains increasing the number of Hispanic lawyers practicing intellectual property law and tech law in the United States.
