AIPLA 2019 Spring Meeting

Director Tracy-Gene G. Durkin will be a panelist at the AIPLA 2019 Spring Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

Tracy will be speaking on the Patent/Trademark/Copyright panel, “Functionality and Eligibility Issues in Protecting User Experiences,” and her discussion topic will be on “Altered States: Protection and Eligibility Issues for Projected, Virtual, and Transient Designs.”
