Determining inventorship for AI-assisted inventions remains the central challenge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and it increasingly shapes what follows. This webinar examines how examiners assess inventive contribution in AI-related applications following recent guidance, and how the same questions of AI opacity carry over into written description and subject matter eligibility under Sections 112 and 101.
