7th Annual Life Sciences IP Due Diligence Summit

Director Marsha Rose Gillentine, Ph. D., will be a panelist during part two of the Terminal Disclaimers and Double Patenting Analysis and Think Tank session titled “Untangling the Thicket: Working Together to Develop Strategies for Terminal Disclaimers and Double Patenting Concerns” at the 7th Annual Life Sciences IP Due Diligence Summit hosted by ACI.

Attendees will work with fellow practitioners to develop due diligence strategies and best practices to address terminal disclaimer and double patenting concerns during a review. Attendees will also learn new methods from their peers in the IP due diligence space.
