2026 PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit

Sterne Kessler’s Jason Fitzsimmons spoke at the 2026 PTAB Bar Association Thought Leader Summit, where he moderated the Session Two Roundtable Discussions with PTAB Judges. Topics included discretionary denial factors, pre-order patent owner submission and section 325(d) discretion in ex parte reexamination proceedings, real party in interest updates, voluntary search disclosure declarations, and recent developments in means-plus-function law.

In addition to Jason’s participation, Directors Jackie W. Bonilla, Ph.D., Melissa Haapala, and Jennifer Chagnon attended the summit. Sterne Kessler was also a conference sponsor.
