Directions
- METRO McPherson Square Metro station: From the Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines, take the 14th and I Streets exit. As you exit the metro facility, cross the street toward 13th Street. When you reach 12th street, make a left turn and walk towards K Street. Our office will be the right.
- METRO Metro Center station: From the Red, Orange, Silver, and Blue Lines, take the 11th and G Streets exit. When coming off the escalators, make a right U-turn towards the Grand Hyatt Hotel and walk towards H Street. When you reach K Street, our office will be on the left.
- Dulles International Airport (IAD): Our office is approximately 25 miles from the airport. By taxi/car service, the drive time is about 40 to 60 minutes.
- Reagan National Airport (DCA): Our office is approximately five miles from the airport. By taxi/car service, the drive time is about 10 minutes. METRO rail is an option via the Blue Line from Reagan National to Metro Center Station (see directions above).
- Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI): Our office is approximately 35 miles from the airport. By taxi/car service, drive time is about 60 minutes.
- Union Station (Amtrak): Our office is a short taxi/car service ride (one to two miles) from Union Station. Additionally, you may take the METRO Red Line (toward Shady Grove) to the Metro Center station (see directions above).
Parking
On-street parking is available near our office via metered spaces in close proximity to the building. The meters accept credit/debit card payments, or you can pay by downloading the ParkMobile app.
The building parking garage entrance is located on the 12th Street side of the building. It is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. The daily parking rate is $21.99 maximum. An “early bird” rate of $13 per day is offered if you enter the garage before 9:00 a.m. The “enter after 5 p.m.” rate is $10.
Please note the parking garage does not accept cash or debit/credit cards for payment. Parkers must either sign up for an account online at Metropolis.io or download and use the Metropolis parking app from the App Store. The Metropolis system utilizes a license plate reader to determine when you have arrived/left the garage. Once you have departed, the system will charge the card associated with your account and email a receipt.
