We work with emerging and established companies to protect their valuable business methods. Often a company’s biggest asset is its proprietary method of doing business. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office grants patents to provide protection for these business methods, so that you can exclude your competitors from doing business in the same way.
Many of our attorneys have participated in partnership meetings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to discuss business method patenting, and have provided the Office with our input based on your needs and concerns. These partnership meetings have had an important impact on the way that the Patent Office examines these patents.
