DuVon O. Floyd is a seasoned paralegal in Sterne Kessler’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. He has significant IP Litigation experience, serving primarily as a case-manager on United States International Trade Commission Section 337 matters. DuVon has provided trial support in several jurisdictions, including the Eastern District of Texas, the Eastern District of Virginia, the District of Rhode Island, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States International Trade Commission. DuVon is an avid world explorer, possessing a passion for gaining cultural exposure throughout the globe. He also finds pleasure and reward in assisting with various pro bono matters that positively impact the lives of children in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
