Anthony “Tony” A. Davis is Sterne Kessler’s facilities manager. He has over 35 years of experience in the maintenance and operations of law firms. Tony has strong managerial and leadership qualities backed by a robust set of interpersonal and motivational skills that enable him to manage and inspire a quality team of service clerks with one goal in mind: to provide quality service to the client.
Tony also coordinates space planning, relocation and construction, and has created a hospitality team that includes reception, baristas and catering staff. He also manages and maintains office security and emergency evacuation systems. Tony has relocated law offices ranging in size from 75,000 square feet to 116,000 square feet while successfully integrating telecommunication branch exchanges with voicemail systems. He has designed and directed the grand opening of a 40,000 square foot facility in which CEO received a State Seal for statewide accomplishments.
Among his many tasks, Tony oversees firmwide procurement activities for supplies, furniture and equipment. He has established cost savings and greater efficiency in office operations: digital copiers with color, scanning and printing capabilities, document destruction, hi-speed fax technology, telecommunication maintenance and cost management of office purchases. He oversees the maintenance schedules for equipment, appliances, furniture and office space.
Tony is also an active member of Association of Legal Administrators Local OOMS Chapter.
