Mr. Rozier focuses his intellectual property practice on patent litigation and preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. He has experience with patents in a variety of technology areas, including mechanical and medical devices. Mr. Rozier also performs client counseling involving patentability studies and infringement opinions.
Mr. Rozier represents patent owners and third party requesters in ex parte and inter partes reexamination proceedings at the USPTO and Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. He also serves on The Reexamination Center Editorial Board.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Mr. Rozier served as a law clerk in the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission where he assisted in all aspects of section 337 litigation in support of Staff attorneys.
