Ms. Mangan is a veteran professional services marketer with more than 20 years of diversified experience in the legal field. She has made significant contributions in the areas of marketing and business development, legal recruiting and staff management, allowing her to apply solutions that positively impact the organization as a whole.
At Sterne Kessler, Ms. Mangan directs marketing and public relations initiatives. She is responsible for the preparation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan, brand development and management, Web development and Web 2.0 strategies, and increasing firm visibility in the marketplace. Ms. Mangan is an advocate of marketing technology and has overseen the development of 3 award-winning websites. She is also involved in RFP preparation and developing and teaching marketing and business development programs for the firm's legal professionals. She is the recipient of the Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox 2004 Excellence in Service Award which recognizes outstanding contributions and a high level of service to the firm.
Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Ms. Mangan was the Manager of Marketing & Recruiting and Manager of Client Services for large general practice law firms. She served as a Member At-Large on the Board of the Capital Chapter of the Legal Marketing Association for 2009 and she has been recognized for her freelance writing.
Ms. Mangan has also served on several community boards including the athletic booster club for Hagerstown Community College and Wolfsville Myersville Athletic Association (past-president). She is a frequent volunteer at an area food bank.
